Early Years Teaching and Education Staff (0–6 years) We are looking for Teaching and Education Staff to join our Early Years teams (0–6 years) at our Monza (MB) campuses. Successful candidates will support children throughout their linguistic, social and emotional development, contributing to the creation of a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities • Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational and learning activities for children aged 0–6. • Foster children’s linguistic, cognitive, emotional and social development through engaging and inclusive educational experiences. • Support children throughout their daily educational and care routines, including mealtimes, rest, personal hygiene and nappy changing, recognising these moments as valuable opportunities for interaction, independence and development. • Collaborate with the education team to design bilingual activities, learning materials and educational programmes. • Monitor children’s developmental progress and share observations and feedback with colleagues and families. • Create a positive, safe and respectful environment that responds to each child’s individual needs. • Actively participate in professional development, pedagogical discussions and ongoing training. Requirements • A degree in Primary Education, Education Sciences or a related discipline. • Previous experience working with or teaching children aged 0–6, preferably in bilingual or international educational settings. • Native-level proficiency in Italian. • Good knowledge of English will be considered an advantage. • Additional qualifications or specialist training in education or pedagogy will be considered a plus.
