Primary Teacher – Native English Speaker

We are looking for a Primary Teacher to join our campuses in Monza (MB) and Seregno (MB).

The successful candidate will support students throughout their academic, linguistic, social, and emotional development, contributing to the creation of a safe, stimulating, inclusive, and welcoming English-speaking learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach the subjects included in the Primary School curriculum, delivering engaging and effective lessons in English.
  • Plan and develop annual and term-based educational programmes, selecting appropriate teaching methodologies and learning strategies.
  • Prepare educational documentation, reports, and end-of-year evaluations.
  • Monitor students’ academic and personal development, adopting inclusive and personalised teaching approaches when needed.
  • Manage parent-teacher meetings and maintain effective communication with families regarding students’ progress and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team on interdisciplinary projects, school activities, and educational trips.
  • Actively participate in staff meetings, assessment meetings, training sessions, and other school-related activities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching methodologies and the overall educational project of the school.

Requirements

  • Native-level English proficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education, Education, Languages, or a related field.
  • Recognised teaching qualification, such as PGCE, QTS, CELTA, TEFL, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience teaching Primary School students, preferably in bilingual or international educational settings.
  • Knowledge of Italian will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong interest in innovative teaching methodologies and international educational contexts.

Employment Terms and Compensation

  • Permanent, full-time contract under the ANINSEI National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL), Level 5 – Area II.
  • Salary commensurate with the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience (indicative gross annual salary: €21,000–€25,000).
